Refund Policy
At Purposeful Advocacy, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality advocacy services to support families navigating the special education process. Because our services involve time, preparation, and professional expertise, we have the following refund policy:

1. Consultation Fees: Fees for consultations are non-refundable, as time is reserved and preparation occurs in advance. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and we will gladly move your appointment to a later date at no additional cost.

2. Service Packages & Retainers: Payments made toward service packages or retainers are generally non-refundable once services have begun. If you decide to discontinue services before we begin work on your case, you may request a partial refund, less any administrative or preparation costs already incurred. Any unused balance on a retainer may be credited toward future services for up to 12 months from the date of payment.

3. Cancellations: If you cancel services with less than 24 hours’ notice, any scheduled session will be considered completed and non-refundable. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

4. Workshops, Trainings, and Events: Refunds for workshops, trainings, or events may be available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days in advance. If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another session or designate another person to attend in your place.

5. No Guarantees: Advocacy services aim to support families in navigating special education laws and processes. However, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Payment for services is for time, expertise, and advocacy efforts, not results.

6. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund or credit, please get in touch with us in writing via email at purposefuladvocy@gmail.com
Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued by the original payment method.
